You as servants of God must learn to respect God and others because when you don’t God’s anger will be on you. God will make your life a bit tough and little by little you’ll find yourself zero because you don’t respect. The one who has an ability must respect the one who is weak and the one who is weak must respect the one who is strong.
God blesses but He waits for you to make a step and if you don’t, you’ll never receive. He gives promises and waits to see the effort you make to reach them.
